Lemonade AI for Roblox Studio
Lemonade is a third-party AI agent for making Roblox games. You work in a browser at lemonade.gg, install the free Lemonade AI plugin from the Creator Store, connect it to Studio, then prompt for mechanics. Changes sync into the place you have open. GGDuck is independent — not affiliated with Lemonade Labs.
What it is
Publisher on the Creator Store: Lemonade Labs (verified creator group). Asset id 85716018250741, category Plugins → AI Tools. Store description: “Official plugin for Lemonade. It’s time to turn your dream ideas into real games!” Created Aug 3, 2025; listing updated Sep 26, 2026.
Demand we measured (not Lemonade’s marketing copy):
- Creator Store votes: 88% positive of 20,000 votes (17,600 up / 2,400 down) via the Roblox toolbox-service API on Oct 27, 2026.
- Discord: GuildRegister measured about 187,445 members for discord.gg/lemonade (server id 1324506639289548840; last measured within hours of our check).
- Monthly active creators: Founder Nicolas Vizioli told Naavik (Apr 21, 2026 podcast) Lemonade had “almost a hundred thousand monthly active creators.” That is a founder claim from April — treat as dated self-report, not something GGDuck audited. Unverified by us
- Homepage “+500K Creators” style claims: Competitor write-ups (RoCode, Oct 15, 2026) say the home page invites you to “Join +500K Creators” and that they could not check that figure. We also could not verify it. Unverified
How to install and connect
Condensed from Lemonade’s public pages (sign-in with Roblox; free Creator Store plugin) plus the Guide Realm YouTube walkthrough “How To Use Lemonade AI In Roblox Studio.” Steps below are the common path; UI labels can change.
- Sign in on the web. Open lemonade.gg, choose sign up / sign in, and authorize with your Roblox account. Privacy policy says Lemonade collects Roblox username and email; it does not claim to pull extra Roblox personal data beyond that list.
- Open Roblox Studio on a Windows or Mac machine and open a place (new baseplate or an existing game).
- Install the plugin. In Studio, open the Toolbox, switch the category filter to Plugins, search for Lemonade AI, open the Lemonade Labs listing, and install. You can also install from the Creator Store page for asset
85716018250741. - Create a Lemonade project in the browser (New project → name it).
- Connect Studio. In the plugin, choose Connect / open the project, then Allow any Studio permission prompts. The walkthrough shows a successful “connected to Roblox Studio” state before prompting.
If the plugin says it cannot reach the website, check that you are signed in on lemonade.gg and that Studio is not blocked from the network — that failure mode appears in Creator Store comments.
Usage workflow (prompt → plan → Studio sync)
- In the Lemonade project chat, describe the feature or game loop in plain English (map layout, win/lose rules, lobby, UI, and so on).
- Wait for Lemonade to propose a plan with steps. Read it. Approve only if the steps match what you want.
- Let the agent run the approved steps. The plugin syncs object and script changes into the open Studio place (terms: middle-layer agent; files on Roblox).
- Playtest in Studio (Play). Note failures: wrong spawn, broken UI, missing players for multiplayer gates, etc.
- Send a follow-up prompt that names the bug. Repeat plan → apply → test. The Guide Realm demo needed several fix rounds for lava height, climbable platforms, round UI and a one-player test mode.
Founder interview (Naavik, Apr 2026): Lemonade targets first-time creators, embeds Roblox-specific knowledge, and pushes iterative mechanic review rather than one-shot whole games. They also said you can connect an existing Roblox place for live-ops style edits, even though the product focus is new creators.
Pricing and terms (read before you pay)
| Topic | What public sources say | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Plugin price | Free to install (toolbox API: isFree true, USD 0) | Verified Oct 27, 2026 |
| Paid tier | Terms: monthly subscription via Polar Software Inc.; increases prompt limits and “other premium features”; cancel anytime, access until end of billing period | Terms text verified; dollar amounts not public |
| Public price list | lemonade.gg/pricing returns a redirect to /sign-in (checked Oct 27, 2026). PromptBlox and RoCode comparisons (Sep–Oct 2026) report the same opacity | Exact $ / prompt quotas not listed publicly |
| Refunds | Terms: all subscription payments final and non-refundable (including unused prompts / partial months). Free trial, if offered, must be cancelled before it ends | ToS |
| Chargebacks | Terms ask you to contact Discord first; chargebacks without contact may be treated as a breach; repeated chargebacks can terminate the account | ToS |
| Project files on cancel | Terms + privacy: Lemonade does not host your codebase; files remain on Roblox | ToS / privacy |
Pros
- Large Creator Store vote sample: 20K votes at 88% positive is a measurable adoption signal, not a screenshot claim.
- Works inside the place you have open via the official plugin, with Roblox-only sign-in — no separate “export .rbxlx then import” step for the main loop (contrast browser builders like PromptBlox).
- Plan-then-apply loop (community walkthroughs) reduces blind edits compared with pasting ChatGPT Luau by hand.
- Active Discord (~187K members measured) for support and sharing builds.
- Files stay on Roblox per Lemonade’s own legal pages — account loss does not delete the place.
Cons and caveats
- Pricing opacity: you must sign in to see limits and prices. Budget carefully; no refunds after payment.
- Thin official docs: public lemonade.gg pages are marketing-light on tool lists; competitors note that Studio behaviour is partly documented by partner posts and Discord, not a full public API manual.
- Output still needs human QA. Walkthroughs show multi-round fixes. Do not publish untested AI scripts.
- Not a mesh/world generator first. Founder interview: coding first, UI next; map building called a hard unsolved prompt problem. For textured meshes and procedural models, Studio Assistant is the official path.
- Creator Store comments include connection failures (“cannot connect to the website”) — expect occasional sync issues.
Compare: Lemonade vs Studio Assistant vs script generators / ForgeGUI
| Lemonade AI | Studio Assistant | Script generators / ForgeGUI (batch 2) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best fit | Web-guided feature/game scaffolding with Studio sync | In-editor Q&A, scripts, objects, meshes, Planning Mode, MCP to Claude/Cursor/etc. | Narrow Luau/UI/GFX generation without a full lemonade.gg-style agent product |
| Cost shape | Free plugin + opaque paid prompt tier (no refunds) | Bundled with Studio | Varies by product (often credits or free tiers) |
| Asset generation | Not the headline feature | Meshes, materials, procedural models documented by Roblox | ForgeGUI is known on DevForum for AI icon/GFX and scripting features — details on the upcoming page |
| External AI clients | Lemonade’s own agent | Studio MCP server for trusted clients | Usually standalone plugins |
Practical pick: use Assistant when you want free in-editor help or mesh tools; use Lemonade when you want a browser plan/build loop aimed at first games; wait for our ForgeGUI / script-generator pages before treating those as researched alternatives.

FAQ
What is Lemonade AI for Roblox?
Lemonade (lemonade.gg) is an AI coding agent from Lemonade Labs aimed at Roblox game creation. You sign in with a Roblox account on the web, install the free Lemonade AI plugin from the Creator Store, connect the plugin to a Lemonade project, then prompt for features; the agent plans steps and syncs changes into the open Studio place. Lemonade’s terms call it a middle-layer agent and say project files stay on Roblox.
Is Lemonade.gg free?
The Creator Store plugin is free to install (toolbox API lists purchasePrice 0 / isFree true as of Oct 27, 2026). Lemonade’s terms describe a paid monthly subscription, billed through Polar, that increases prompt limits. lemonade.gg/pricing redirects to sign-in, so public pages do not list dollar amounts or exact free-tier limits. Check limits inside your account before paying. Subscriptions are non-refundable under the terms.
Does Lemonade store my game files?
No, according to Lemonade’s terms and privacy policy (updated Oct 22, 2026). They say they do not host or store your project files or codebase; files live on Roblox. Termination of a Lemonade account affects access to Lemonade’s service, not the Roblox place itself.
Can Lemonade make a whole finished game from one prompt?
Treat that as unlikely without iteration. A Guide Realm YouTube walkthrough (lava-rising demo) shows: write a prompt → approve a plan → wait for steps → playtest → send follow-up prompts to fix spawn/height/UI issues across several rounds. Lemonade’s founder told Naavik (Apr 2026) they intentionally avoid “one-shot” whole games and push users through mechanic-by-mechanic review. Always playtest.
How does Lemonade compare to Roblox Studio Assistant?
Assistant is built into Studio, free with Studio, and can generate meshes/materials/procedural models plus Planning Mode and an MCP server for other AI clients. Lemonade is a third-party web agent focused on coding/UI workflows with Studio sync, a large Discord community, and a paid prompt-limit subscription. Assistant wins on official integration and asset generation; Lemonade is aimed at first-time creators who want a guided web loop. See the comparison section on this page.
