Chop A Forest guide: zones, bosses and first buys
A full forest clear in Chop A Forest runs through 8 zones, each locked until you clear the one before it to 100%. Here is the route, how boss fights work, and how to spend your first Coins.

Zone order from Bloxodes (Oct 18); bosses from MMORocks (checked in game Oct 18). Bosses for zones 3-8 are not documented yet. Each zone has its own sell point, so sell near where you chop.
Your first 10 minutes
- Punch trees with your fists and hold
Eto collect log chunks. - Sell at the chipper. A first load of about five logs sells for roughly 60 Coins (reported).
- Buy the Axe for 150 Coins at the Starter Tool Shop.
- Buy the Backpack for 175 Coins so you make fewer trips.
- Press
Tabfor stat upgrades (grasp, walk speed, axe speed, damage, sharpness, radius).
Later Coin buys: Dynamite (2,500 Coins, area damage) and the Chainsaw (7,500 Coins at Pine Wood's Saw Shack; it stays locked until your zone is cleared).
How boss fights work (Old Barkback)
- Clear Oak Wood to 100%. The green bar at the top right tracks it; "Old Barkback stirs..." means you are done.
- Go to the WCT Supply Crate near the fence, press
Eand buy the AK-47 for 10 Coins. Pick your gun before the fight. - Equip it (slot 3) and shoot from far away. Getting close gets you knocked down.
- Knocked down? A friend can revive you, or you wake at the cabin and walk back.
- Pick up the drops: Gems, a Heartwood log, and an Acorn Egg (hold
Ffor about a second).
Robux guns for boss fights (official prices): Glock-18 3 Robux for one fight or 29 forever, AK-47 9 or 79, Minigun 19 or 399. You do not need them; the 10-coin AK-47 is enough for Old Barkback according to MMORocks.
